terms of service

General information

• My stripe username differs from my social media handle and instead uses my general online alias. Please do not be alarmed receiving the invoice under a different name.
Stripe username = SodoSnake• Please get explicit permission from others if you're commissioning art of another's oc/sona.• I can decline a commission without explanation.• I'm not first come first serve; I will tend to pick commissions I'm more interested in first. ( Please don't take offence to this, it's mainly to avoid burnout from doing projects I'm not that passionate about. )• I don't have a set schedule, but usually I will work weekdays• I can take anywhere from 3 - 14 working days to finish a commission.• Commission applications are submitted via my google document; please only submit enquires when I have specified I am open.• You must provide a clear reference of each character. I cannot work without a reference. This can be your own work or work of others so long as it's a clear reference.

Payment and Refunds

• Payments are in GBP / pound sterling• I take payment through kofi or stripe• Payment is upfront. I will not start a commission until payment has been received.• I will charge for excessive adjustments.• I only do refunds if I feel I am unable to work on your commission.

Usage, Permissions and Copyright

• I reserve the right to post your finished commission on my social media and/or use it in portfolios.• Commissions are for personal use only.• Commissions are NOT to be used for commercial use (this means you are NOT to use my artwork for merchandise, business cards, prints, etc.)• You are NOT permitted to re-sell my art for any form of monetary gain, including selling it as an NFT• You may NOT claim my artwork as your own, please credit where appropriate.• You can use my art as a profile picture / header / character reference.
You can reupload anywhere so long as credit is provided

Process

• You will be sent a WIP/sketch firstly which is where you can ask me to apply changes.• I will begin working on your commission after payment.
(keep in mind any backlog; if I am working on another commission, I do not expect payment until I'm up to your place on the list)• Any changes to lineart requested after the sketch will bring additional charges.• Multiple excessive changes to the sketch may bring additional charges.

I won't draw

• hard vore
• cock vore
• digestion

• small preds
• PIV penetration
• MLP
• Undertale/Deltarune
• Most child-related media**
• underage characters
• incestuous characters
• overly complex designs* I won't draw feral preds who resemble real life animals
(i.e: a regular german shepard, anaconda, lion)
regardless of whether the pred has sentience or not. I'm personally not comfortable doing so and would like to stick to fictional creatures/characters that are fairly (or preferably greatly) removed from their real counterparts.**Exceptions to this rule may apply, can discuss upon contact.
